John Kerper has spent his career helping companies that insure and administer vehicle service contracts and related products, including GAP and other F&I offerings. Widely regarded as an industry expert, he has authored multiple papers on pricing and liability analysis and is a frequent speaker at industry seminars. John has been a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries since 1987.
Lee Bowron’s work covers extended warranties, F&I products, personal and commercial lines, and environmental reserving. He has been part of the insurance industry since 1990 and began consulting in 2001, after serving as Chief Actuary for The General auto insurance. Lee has published articles on GAP insurance, vehicle service contracts, and other topics in journals and magazines such as Best’s Review. He is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Don Manis specializes in pricing and reserving analysis for P&C personal lines, with a focus on personal auto and homeowners insurance. He has worked in the actuarial field since 1987 and served as Chief P/C Actuary for Alfa Insurance from 1994 to 2019. Over the years, Don has contributed to the profession through committee work with organizations including PCI, American Agricultural Insurance Company, and the Georgia Underwriting Association. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Andrew Kerper provides actuarial services to companies that insure and administer vehicle service contracts and other extended warranties. He has worked in the insurance industry since 2012 and earned his Associate designation with the Society of Actuaries and membership in the American Academy of Actuaries in 2016, followed by his Associate designation with the Casualty Actuarial Society in 2017.
