John Kerper’s practice focuses on providing actuarial services to insurance companies which insure vehicle service contracts and related products, including “GAP”, residual value, and finance reserve.
John is considered an industry expert in the field of vehicle service contracts and has written several papers on the analysis of extended warranty liabilities. He is also a frequent speaker at seminars on these topics.
John has been a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries since 1987.
